I got to be a turnip yesterday. An ENORMOUS turnip. The children took turns trying to pull me out of the ground for a story they were reading. (...And Grandfather grabbed the turnip, and Grandmother grabbed Grandfather, Mother grabbed Grandmother, Olga grabbed Mother, the dog grabbed Olga, the cat grabbed the dog, the mouse grabbed the cat, and the beetle grabbed the mouse, and the pulled, and they pulled, and they PULLED..") I did an excellent job, I might add.

Let's see... Other news...

Digger is free for a few days, so I've been reading that.

Dad is taking a sick day, so I get to lay around the house awhile longer. (He has to be there early, but I don't.)
