Went to see Hellboy 2.

Yee! Loved the Goblin Market, as was predicted. The fighting was pretty. The villains had a point. There was lots of shirtlessness from Perlman, which I enjoyed much more than my brother-in-law. I knew exactly what was going to happen to the prince as soon as his link to the princess was shown. And I thought the tooth fairies were strangely cute. Y'know, apart from the mass devourings. Also, I was expecting more from the other fae.

In the old faerie stories, if they found out a person could see them, it usually meant that person lost their eyes. So I was expecting the troll lady to go straight for their sockets when she realized they could see them.

My favorite, though, was Johann Krauss. Heehee! I wasn't sure how they were going to show him, but I enjoyed it.

:D Oh the Barlowe designs, oh how I loveded them.

Krauss was awesome. I think he was Seth Green, heh.

Funny enough I think when Hellboy looked down to notice the one guy had been eaten by the fairies, the skull still had teeth. Bad prop maker! Bad! XD

The fairies totally reminded me of Izs.

And the Golden Army seemed like the world's most efficient clutters. I liked the poor reanimated little tooth fairy. It seemed so outraged. Not that I blame it.

Izs... Izs... A memory is coming back from the dusty depths of my mind... Were those from The Maxx??

I think so... the little toothy things that ran all around? Yeah.

Wow. Yeah. Why does that seem so long ago?

Where are you at now? Back at the farmhouse? Have you seen the Dark Knight yet? I won't talk about it till you have. I'll just tell you it's um, unlike any movie I've seen before... I'll leave it at that for now.

I haven't seen Dark Knight yet...! I hope I can soon. Was it unlike in a good way or a bad one?

I am back at the farmhouse. Where connections are slowwww... And I'm trying to make a spreadsheet for my class and it's not going well. Sigh.

Um, I don't know how to describe the movie (I can't describe it as either good or bad) without giving away too much. Here's a review I agreed with that actually manages to not include spoilers. It's called 'Darwin's Joker': http://www.americanvision.org/blog/
Just scroll down past the first two articles and you'll see it. I even left a comment under it.

You have to make spreadsheets for your class? Ewww.... (so boooring...).

Hmm. Hopefully I'll see it before too long.
