So there I was, cooking up a storm. I had made cakes. I had made pies. I had begun to clean up the mess when, hidden in the debris, I found a cup of evaporated milk.
I stood there, washrag in hand, looking at it.
Now folks, that milk was supposed to go in something... But what?? And it's too late to put it in NOW... Most of the stuff is either finished or already in the oven. I guess I'll have to wait until dinner tomorrow to find out.
Maybe it wasn't a crucial ingredient... Maybe no one will notice...
