Everytime I think I'm starting to get well, new symptoms show up. And I can't complain because it's still better than toxic epidermal necrosis. Try whining about yet another fever blister to someone who has dealt with the possibility of having all their skin slough off. (I get a little woozy just thinking about it...)

So, I'm sick. I'm worried about someone who is more sick. I wish I knew how to help people who are too far away for me to show up at their door with a box of Swiss Cake Rolls and a MST3K movie. And I wish my lip wasn't trying to explode.

And I appreciate the sympathy. I'm kind of stuck with this cold. Everytime I go to the doctor, they ask me what I'm taking. I say Sudafed and they tell me to keep doing that. I've been taking it so long, I think I'm building an immunity to it.

This is the standard '40 hours a week breathing little children air crud'. My immune system must be down to have me sick this long and this often. Usually I'm a fairly healthy little trout.
