We just finished watching King Kong. Rather than go into what I thought of it, I would just like to ask what the hell kinda pheromones did the leading lady have??? Not only did Kong go crazy over her, but every other animal on that whole island moved in to eat her with what struck me as bizarre single-mindedness.

Granted, a t-rex-ian beastie probably isn't going to be concocting elaborate plans, but you would think it could notice the danger to its own life as it dangles over a chasm being pummeled by a big ape. It doesn't. The whole world consists of how delicious Ann Darrow must be. The natives had to have her, as did the ape, the lizardy things, the centipedes, all three of the t-rexes, the bats, the movie director, and the playwright!

And another thing, surely the attacking raptors could only have killed at most two or three of the stampede-asaurs, but dozens of them died trying to escape. Poor stupid, crazy, critters. They seemed to be the only non-predatory beasties on the island. Maybe they wanted to die.

It's possible I watch too many nature shows.

Did I mention.....

Hilarious observations! Did you like the movie anyways? It ran a bit too long in the beginning for me.

Back to work- this house needs serious help!
