unknownfateI got Honorable Mention in a writing contest! My Mom actually won a category with a prize for her goat story. (Her goat stories are Viking epics and terrible tragedies.) All I got was mention, but still! I also got some constructive feedback and I'm feeling pretty good about it.
The other contest I entered doesn't end until June, so I'll have to wait to see how that goes. Meanwhile, the puddle in my basement spreads across the floor, as the rain pours down...
I may break down and get a paid account again. I miss all my usericons! I wish I could pick the eight ones I'm still allowed. Grumble.
