Something going on in my sinuses...

Does anybody know a home remedy for sinus infections? Something I could make from stuff in the house? Because there's no proper meds available in the store and the hospital I wouldn't trust with a hangnail right now.

I was gonna see if anybody knew something that might work. Nothing that involves any implements of destruction or arcane rituals please. I've googled the question and most of them want me to order their products. That would take too long. Somebody suggested garlic, and I can try that, but I'm not too keen on the snorting of peppermint oil. Finding the oil would be the hard part. Snorting it would be the worst.
