Good news and Bad news

unknownfateOk, First the bad news. Yesterday I drove two hours to Charlotte to be interviewed for what they described as an 'art job'. The interview lasted about three minutes because it turned out that what they wanted was someone to sell art door to door. I could barely sell Girl Scout cookies, folks. I am not a salesperson and never will be, due to a combination of overall backwardness, nonaggressive tendencies, and the fear of bothering people. So, no go on that job.
The good news is that I'm going on a weekend trip to FL tomorrow! I'll be in Jacksonville, which I think is out of the range for any of my FL friends to come see me. But if any of you want to meet me for lunch or just hang out or somethin' let me know! I'll meet you somewhere.
