I should be scrambling to get lesson plans ready for tomorrow. I'm not.
Fairbanks was nice. Trees were turning yellow. Underbrush was turning red. When we left we could see the bright yellow spread over the mountainsides from the plane. Closer to Barrow, it looked more like a mold culture. Kinda bumpy and brown with reddish-orange patches.
The Greys were super-nice and their house was beautiful and their dogs were sweet. I also spent money like an insane thing. The plus side is I have presents for folkses and their various birthdays or possibly Christmas.
