Ok, so my sweet sister sent me a gift card to Victoria's Secret since I've been griping about my lack of underwear options. I went to the website and because it's always weird to try to figure out sizes online, I measured myself beforehand and went to the Victoria's Secret size chart. Now I have been a size 36B since high school. No matter what weight I've put on or lost anywhere else, that much has stayed the same. I figured it would be at least close to that on VS too. However, the website tells me that my size is somewhere between a 44C and a 40D, but I should try some on to pinpoint it. What??
The whole point of know what size I am was so I could have a better chance of ordering one that fit without being able to try it on. That is the great and terrible problem of ordering clothes online. Trying one on is not an option. If it was, I wouldn't be at the website. And how did I leap so many sizes? The bra I'm wearing right now is 36B. All I can figure is that the Victoria Secret sizes have been changed to fit the elven maidens they have in the pictures. If Petita Del Wispy there is a size 36B, then I guess I'm Gargantua the Great, Bride of Bra-zilla! Off to stomp on a coastal village!
Heehee! Ok, I'm being silly. Half the underwear on this site I would be ashamed to wear in the first place. I looked at the sleepwear page and started giggling. The garment pictured was not meant to be slept in... Or worn for very long... And I bet it would be uncomfortable if you tried. But! Moving on, I found something nice that should fit, if I've read all the size charts correctly. I just hope they have a good return policy in case it's completely wrong.
