Well!

I have posted a new chapter in Blood Ties, and put some silly fanart up in Devart. I have NOT however, found a job, or done anything that anyone will ever care about. If I had a sharpie handy, I'd probably have to write "WORTHLESS" on some part of myself.

But I've been watching cutesy cartoons, and the general message seems to be that even the most hopeless dorks can become happy and envied if only they trust their hearts and be true to themselves. So morale remains high!

I just wish my true self and inner heart could be trusted to do something other than watch cartoons and draw cartoon fanart. *sigh*

We need to look to God, not our human hearts for answers. :)

If I looked to my heart for happiness, it'd tell me to lay in bed all day and forget about work, eat Mexican food for every meal (but have it delivered) and drink nothing but coffee all the time. (Wait... scratch the coffee bit- I already do THAT..). Anyways, my heart would also tell me the only man for me has to be exactly like (insert favorite anime character of the moment) or I won't be happy annnndd.. all sorts of other horrible things that would screw up my life if I took seriously.

But yes, cartoons and fanart do rock. You are speaking to another cartoon and fanart geek after all... ;)

And you're not worthless! It's the economy that's worthless! Stinking economy!!! (I'm still angry at it...)

Awww... Sian loves you! You are not hopeless, you are not a dork, you are a lovely person, and your emails are the only reason I stomach coming to this place!
