My co-worker sent me this pic of our (not that) local volcano. She blew her top early this morning.


A lot of flights were cancelled due to ash in the air, but I got in Friday night so I missed it all. Just as well. I'd rather not add 'volcano' to my list of survived natural disasters. Or sit in a hotel for an extra three days... though that might not be so bad this time around...

I know, right? KaBOOM! We've been at ground zero for hurricanes, typhoons, blizzards, lightning strikes, and one very small earthquake. I've been at the outskirts of tornadoes. floods, and the distant outskirts of other volcanoes. What else is left but volcanos and meteor strikes?

Oh, and tidal waves. And avalanches! Hunh.So there is some more out there to dodge.
