If I find out aliens put an implant in my ear, I shall be most displeased.

I just can't figure out why my ear can go so haywire and take the rest of my head out with it.

And in all fairness, my displeasure would just as great no matter WHO put an implant in my ear, terrestrial or not.

And the ringing! I can't get away from a noise that coming from inside my own head! Augh!
