Last day in the world before facing the long winter in Barrow. I had thought that day was last month.
Being out in the early stages of autumn is nice. I’ve been able to scribble out some fics for 31_days ( Magic Users and Beetlejuice) and I’m giving some thought to joining the latest fanart prompt over at fanart100. I have to think of a fandom I want to do 100 pics for, though.

I should probably also keep in mind how easy it is to slip away from those in Barrow. Especially now that my work/stress level had gone way up. Then again, maybe having a project will help.

Also, I’m getting a sore throat, which pleases me not at all…

100 Fanarts? Wow... Hey, why not just work on your kid's book project instead? Self-publish your book then you can be a Teacher *and* Author. Think of the prestige! :) Maybe if you make a blog devoted to your children's book project you'd stay motivated? (Just a thought).

I hope your sore throat goes away soon. A few bugs are going around here as well.

14 working days left... (And they are doing everything they can to keep me from leaving. Arrrggh!!!)

Only 14 days! I have 165 on my list. Give or take a bit. I haven't been able to work on the kids book in so long. I haven't been able to get involved with anything, really. Now that the Praxis is over I'm determined to make more time to do artsy stuff. I'm happier and healthier when I do. I've been distracted for too long.

I usually don't like PC stuff but I have to admit that politically correct pirate flag is really hilarious.

I'm glad you have some time on your hands again for artsy stuff. I will too, soon (finally!).
