That which walks the snow and eats the flesh of the hapless

The unthinkable has happened. The nightmare creature is born!

Ok, it's not that bad. It might even be a good thing for dwindling species and stuff. I just happen to be unnerved by bears now that I live in a place where they can bash in your windows and drag you out to be eaten under the midnight sun. And that has happened to at least one person, so it isn't an entirely irrational fear...

Anyway, it's here.

Good lord. Well hooray for bizzare environmental pressures. I daresay it takes a desperate (or kinky) polar bear to go makin' Holstien cubbies.

Anyway your minific request is done! It be here.

Well, they were saying just the other day how global warming would be the end of the polar bear... No ice means no polar bears. Maybe the beasties decided to evolve to save themselves... I dunno.

But the minific is so cute I can hardly stand it. I've got this big stupid grin on my face. I love it!

Hello!

Well, I don't believe in evolution or global warming for a minute but, isn't that beast incredible?? The dark rings around the eyes make it especially creepy. I don't find it suprising that polar bears and grizzly bears can produce offspring though. We have ligers ("bred for their skills in magic") and all sorts of other mixes out there as well. What I did find amazing was that the scientists said this beast is (well, was) fertile.

It's midnight and I have to go to bed...
