Fic of the day: Watchmen
Kinda weird and maybe a little OC, but this was originally an idea for an old original work about a voodoo-slinging killer who hides in New York, but the mother of his last victim hires another magicman to track him down. Since I've been so Watchmen happy since last March, I couldn't have anybody hunting in New York without crossing over just a little. And instead of the magicman, Ma goes on the hunt her own self.
And in unrelated news, what in the world makes a computer go back to the previous page all by itself. I've scanned the poor thing to death looking for viruses and it hasn't found any, but every now and then, usually while typing, it will suddenly go back and I lose everything. I never had that problem until Vista. Is it a Vista thing? Is there some sort of quick key thing for 'go back' that I might be accidently hitting? Is there a setting I can change? Google hasn't been much help, which makes me thing I'm dealing with my own little gremlin. Anybody know?
