Fever blisters.

Just when I think I'm healthy again, my face has to fester up. At least it was after the photos were taken. No picture is so terrible a set of big, painful blisters can't make it worse. Bleah. I'm also glad it's the weekend so I can stay home and slather Abreva on them before I have to be seen.

Here's a pretty thing. Also, the thought that Donna Barr may be an Avatar: The Last Airbender fan makes me smile. As does this. I just like to read them. Sigh.

Does anybody remember an old movie that had some guys in a hot air balloon and they end up on an island with giant animals? It seems like they're escaping from something and there's some shipwrecked women,(lucky them) and Captain Nemo shows up at some point. Fantastic Island? I dunno. But I found myself thinking of it today when I was supposed to be making a grocery list.

I'm a movie guy and this is one of my favorites. Also vitamin C is good if you get fevor blisters a lot. They are viral but a sign that your not getting enough vitamin C.

Awwww. Sorry to hear about your health troubles. (Just getting over a bout of bronchitis myself. I always seems to get some horrible disease come springtime. That must be why I don't like it much...)
