There. It's done. I'm back in Barrow. For all those I didn't get to see or talk to before I left, I am so terribly sorry. Time has a way of sneaking up on me. All is fireflies and foliage one day and the next, I'm shelling out $200 so that cats and luggage still won't be sent to the right place while Dad goes on and on about how heavy my luggage is and how I'm gonna spend two days in the Anchorage airport lobby with two cats and a suitcase he dubbed 'The Titanic'.

Pssh.

Now that we're home, hopefully he'll calm down. Hopefully I will too... when all returns to normal, I shall resume contact.

I am glad to know you made it safely. I hope all goes well while you are there.

I added Barrow to the weatherbug on the computer. Mary doesn't understand the complete difference in climate there. I guess this year we will have a better idea of it.

I wish you well up there... I will miss you, but you knew that.

Yep. Froud is up here too. She was snoring under my bed last night. So far, they've been sleeping rather than destroying, which is a good thing!
