The previews for Underworld (starts the 19th, I'm told) have got me thinking about some old characters that I used to work on with my roommate of the time. We had quite the saga going. Maybe it's the whole vampire/werewolf thing, but all the previews got me to drag out some old sketches of them. I redid a few, and just cleaned up some others.

There's maybe one other person in the world that might care even a little about all that (Hi Dizzy!) but it amuses me to post them anyway. All I can say to close is that I hope Underworld will be a decent movie. I hear White Wolf Games is curious as to why they weren't given any credit or asked permission for some of the things that went on in it,(lawyers may be involved) but I'm just really tired of sucky werewolf movies. The best one I've seen so far is Dog Soldiers. That's good until maybe the last 15-20 minutes. After that, it's a whole lot of "Huh??" and "Yeah, RIGHT..." It was pretty good until then, though.
I liked the White Wolf werewolf game, so if it's similar to that, the movie may be decent too. Here's hoping!

Hiya Pestilence, ^__^V

I've been a tad busy of late so do forgive my long silence. My new family life, full-time job, crossing guard duties, political activism, animal shelter fund-raising, work for my Masters in biology and volunteer work for NASA keeps me a little over-occupied. I'm sure you can understand...

Anyways, this post will make up for the next two or more years of ignoring you because I've used more than one sentence. I hope you've enjoyed it. Well, gotta go, the seven kids and my boss at NASA are calling. ~sigh~ No rest for the wicked...

Yes, we do! He's cute despite his torment. I'll probably have to draw him again before too much longer.

Yeah! And show me! Even if don't draw a new one let me see the old one. (Though I'm ashamed to drag out some of the ones I have of him...back in the days before fig drawing...! Eek.)

..gawd, i'm glad i got some figure drawing classes in but HELL..it took up to NOW for me to draw a decent male character right....yeah for anatomy lessons.. **dies** X____x;;;;;;;;

I still need reference. I've let it slide in recent years. I've drawn a lot of almost-chibis though...They cute, and you can sort of wing the proportions. I still think guys are harder to draw than girls. Maybe I'm biased! Or maybe guys are just put together funny. (You should see some of my earlier drawings of Phillip and V. Gack!)

..oh please I K N O W all about that!..i absolutely H A T E my older male pics..especially all the ones i drew of phil....ughhhhhhhhhh. but now it's a different story! ^^. I've been draw him a lot lately, trying to get him to actually LOOK 18 instead of saying he is.. LMAO! soooo...if i get off my ass today i may post the ergh.. "revised" version of phil on my LJ..(warning i got tired of his hair_and irritated_cut it short....**snort* ..let's see know long THAT lasts!! Okey-doke. Just let me know when you have a functioning email again. You've been drawing Phil and I've been drawing Dolph, which is kinda funny since they're always fighting. (At least Phil is. Dolph just grits his teeth and tries not to unsheath his claws.) We can have an artwork trade or something later on. Do you want that old sketchbook btw?
