Remember Home Ec when everybody was assigned an egg for a week,and you had to carry it around where ever you went and be oh-so-very careful with it? Well! My sister has lent me her cellphone and it's kinda like that. Nitroglycerin is tossed about more haphazardly than I handle this thing!

She's on her way to WV and I'm just tense in case she should call and need something. I'm sure she'll be fine, but should something outside of her control happen, I am ready to run to be helpful as soon as that little phone rings. And so I carry it around like it'll break. No human baby or HomeEc egg nor even religious icon was ever handled with such reverence! (...welll...maybe a few were...)

But now all the family is gone to other places. I am alone once more. Sigh.


Ohh! And apologies to anyone who's tried to call me. The phone isn't hooked up in the new place yet and I'm usually in and out of the old place pretty quickly. Send me an email!

Fraid so! It's kitchen sort out day here at the Bent Tree B&B. I can't remember which pans are all mine. So I wait for Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum to get here. And hum to myself. Hmmhmmhmhmhmhmmm.
